While it is no secret that it was the enigmatic Ascians who provided the beast tribes with nightmares, their reasons for doing so remain shrouded in mystery. Otherwise untamable, the single piercing tone of a magicked whistle is the only method known to soothe the savage beasts. The nightmare is finally over. Keep trying! It took me a week of farming Steel and Flame but it finally dropped eventually. Those were the only two I was missing, but had to bite to bullet and decided to do the duels instead after 2 weeks of grinding them.
